Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right to access, correct,
export, and erase personal data we hold about you, and to object to
or restrict its processing.

Since the contact form went live (2026-08-06), the personal data we
may hold about you is exactly what you sent through it — your name,
email, optional company, and message, living in our mailbox as
ordinary correspondence.

To exercise any right: email jamesb@opti-portal.tech, or use the
form itself with the "Privacy request" or "Data deletion request"
type. No forms-about-forms, no verification maze for data you sent
us yourself — we check you're the sender and act on it.
